Return and Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Other items not eligible for return:
* Gift cards
* Mask, serum, cream that has been opened and/or partially used
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.
Products purchased as part of a promotional or post-purchase offer (if applicable)
When one or more items are purchased as part of a special offer applying a discount on one of the products (for example: -50% on the most expensive product after validation of the basket), and the customer wishes to return only one of the two items, only the product benefiting from the discount may be returned and refunded, up to the amount actually paid.
The product purchased at the normal price under this offer cannot be returned alone.
If both products are returned, a full refund may be considered, depending on the condition of the items and in compliance with the return conditions.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, please email us at contact@skinova-beauty.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to them and they will find out about your return.
Shipping
You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item, except in cases where the product is defective or does not match the original description. If the reason for the return is due to a change of mind or personal preference, the return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for you to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
